Aaya provides a platform for managing nanny schedules, tracking time and payments, maintaining child profiles, and utilizing an AI assistant for related tasks. The Service is currently in BETA, which means it is still under development and may contain bugs or change significantly.

• You must register for an account to access the Service.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your account.
• Notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all data you input into the Service, including information about children and nannies.
• You confirm you have obtained all necessary consents before providing information about other individuals (e.g., nannies, children's details shared with nannies).
• You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding data provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Aaya and its licensors. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent. You retain ownership of the data you input into the Service.

6. AI Assistant

The AI assistant features are provided for convenience. While we strive for accuracy, suggestions (e.g., meal plans, activities) are informational only. You should exercise your own judgment in using these suggestions. We are not liable for outcomes related to AI-generated content.

7. Beta Service

The Service is provided as a BETA version and is offered "as is" without warranty of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time without notice.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

In no event shall Aaya, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
